The Xianxing’s Lamination Machine Adopts A Unique Mechanical Transmission Design:
◎ The product uses a ball-screw linear guide and vertical lifting mechanism (national patent registered), which makes movements smoothly and steadily. The high-precision manufacturing processes enables it reach multi-point positioning, so less parts worn for low maintenance required.
◎ Compact structural design and infinite circulation of transmission come along with
an auto-cleaning system which can effectively remove EVA residue after each lamination.

All equipment must undergo a rigorous experimental testing of actual lamination to assure the technical indicators have reached the corporate standards before leaving the factory. The implementation of the “7S Management” system assures a strict QC for raw materials purchasing, parts machined and final production in accordance with the “7S Management” standards to ensure product quality stability and reliability.
