Glass Vacuum Heating & Laminating Machine
I. Brief introduction
Glass vacuum heating & laminating machine is developed according to vacuum bag principle, at vacuum condition laminates two pieces of glass into one whole art glass through heating laminated materials and glass for peptizing under vacuum conditions. This machine can laminate ordinary glass with silk, cotton, yoshino paper, drawing, ultraviolet single-way clairvoyance, dimming films or special films to make various art glass and decorative glass. It can also be used to laminate glass with pc sheets, solar energy battery sheet, soft sheet and sheet materials. The machine is equipped without any autoclave and hot press. It is simple and reliable in structure, low power consumption, good in quality, which is widely used in glass processing to meet different requirements.

Autoclave
Autoclave products range covers all architectural sizes. We also deliver complete autoclave processes to meet the requirements of very dissimilar climate conditions, taking into account, at the same time, the client’s own loading requirements etc.
Suitable for final pressing of double or multilayer architectural glass. Available with all accessories such as air receiver, compressor, dryer, water cooling unit, filters, wagons and wagon transfer systems.

Glass Boiler-lid Tempering line is a specialized line in producing tempered for glass boiler-lid. This line consists of loading section, heating section, intensifying section and unloading section.
